All orders are subject to stock availability. In case any product is unavailable, we will inform the customer before processing the order.

Prices are wholesale rates and may change depending on market conditions, raw material costs, or bulk quantity. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

Orders will be processed after confirmation of agreed payment terms. Payment conditions (advance or credit, if applicable) must be settled before dispatch.

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Any modification must be requested before shipment.

Goods once sold will not be taken back unless there is a manufacturing defect. Any complaint must be reported within 2–3 days of receiving the goods with proper proof.
